Swift Biosciences has developed a line of myT™ Primers, highly selective qPCR reagents for detection of mutations. myT Primers have unique structural and thermodynamic properties that enable sensitive mismatch discrimination.

The distinctive physical characteristics of myT Primers enable both high sensitivity and specificity, making them ideal for cancer research and diagnostic research applications. Assays based on myT Primer reagents are easy to optimize and give robust performance. To date, myT Primers have been developed for the common mutations in BRAF and KRAS genes.
